주요 업무 (Responsibilities)
•
태피툰(Tappytoon) 플랫폼 내 웹툰 및 웹소설 콘텐츠의 성과 향상과 사용자 리텐션 및 참여도 개선을 위한 전략 기획 및 실행
•
프로모션, 인앱 메시지, 푸시 알림, 이메일 등 다양한 유저 커뮤니케이션 캠페인 기획 및 운영
•
프로덕트, 디자인, 개발 등 다양한 부서와 협업하여 서비스 기능 및 사용자 경험 개선
•
운영 프로세스, 데이터베이스 및 대시보드 개선 및 유지관리를 통해 주요 지표 수집 및 분석 효율화
•
콘텐츠 성과 모니터링 및 관련 인사이트 도출, 유관 부서에 리포팅
•
Analyze and develop strategies for driving content performance (comics, novels), user engagement, and retention metrics on Tappytoon
•
Plan and execute user-facing communication campaigns, including promotions, in-app messaging, push notifications, and email, to enhance user experience
•
Streamline operational workflows and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Development teams to improve service features, functionality, and value
•
Improve and maintain operational protocols, databases, and dashboards to increase efficiency in gathering, analyzing, and acting on key performance metrics
•
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of content initiatives and report insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
자격 요건 (Qualifications)
•
관련 경력 3년 이상 (콘텐츠 전략, 모바일/디지털 서비스 운영, CRM/리텐션 마케팅 등)
•
고객 행동 데이터 분석을 통한 인사이트 도출 능력
•
Braze, Amplitude, Databricks 등 모바일 마케팅 및 분석 툴 활용 경험
•
데이터 기반의 캠페인을 기획·운영하여 성과를 개선한 경험
•
MS Excel (피벗 테이블, V-lookup, 수식, 차트 등) 활용 능력
•
영어 업무 가능자 (문서 작성 및 커뮤니케이션 능력 포함)
•
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in content strategy, digital/mobile app operations, CRM/retention marketing, or other related fields
•
Demonstrated ability to derive insights from customer data and behavioral analytics
•
Hands-on experience with tools such as Braze, Amplitude, Databricks, or other mobile marketing and analytics platforms
•
Experience designing and operating data-driven campaigns to optimize performance and engagement
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas, chart-building, etc)
•
Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

SQL, Google Analytics, Looker 등 BI 툴 활용 경험
•
Strong interest or background in webtoons, digital media, or entertainment content
•
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
•
Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
•
Ability to prioritize effectively while meeting tight deadlines across concurrent projects
•
Familiarity with North American/US and European markets and cultural content trends
•
Bonus: Working knowledge of SQL, Google Analytics, Looker, or other BI tools
