As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a Market Operations Assistant Intern to join our Operations Team.
Key Responsibbilities
•
Set up marketing communication messages through the Braze user engagement platform
•
Assist with the set up and removal of main banners displayed in the platform
•
Help with CS Management - replying to user inquiries, logging key pain points, and conveying areas that need further attention to the relevant teams
•
Conduct research and gather data to support operational projects and marketing promotions
•
Assist with general organizational tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and schedule consolidation
•
Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed
Qualifications
•
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
•
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
•
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
•
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
•
Interest in the entertainment industry, particularly webtoons and digital content, is a plus
•
Fluent in both English and Korean (written and spoken)
•
Knowledgeable of Adobe Creative Tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
•
Experience utilizing Notion
