Tappytoon은 프리미엄 웹툰 플랫폼으로, 웹툰 IP의 가치를 극대화하고 글로벌 팬들과의 접점을 넓히는 공식 머치샵 Club JEM을 운영하고 있습니다. Club JEM은 다양한 오리지널 및 인기 웹툰 IP 기반 MD/굿즈 상품을 자체 기획, 제작, 판매하며 새로운 경험을 제공합니다. 글로벌 MD/굿즈 시장의 트렌드를 읽고, 팬덤의 감성을 디자인에 담을 주니어 디자이너를 모집합니다!
주요 업무
•
Tappytoon 오리지널 및 인기 웹툰 IP 기반 굿즈 상품의 BI, 패키지, 일러스트 및 캐릭터 디자인
•
굿즈 상품(문구, 생활용품, 의류, 액세서리 등)의 기획 단계 목업부터 상품 제작까지의 디자인 작업
•
Club JEM 브랜드 아이덴티티에 맞는 머천다이즈(굿즈) 패키지 및 상세페이지 디자인
•
상품 런칭과 프로모션을 위한 디지털 콘텐츠(영상 연출, 배너, SNS 이미지 등) 제작
•
글로벌 및 국내 머치샵 트렌드 조사, 팬(독자) 니즈 분석을 통한 신규 상품 디자인 아이디어 발굴
자격 요건
•
디자이너 경력 1-3년
•
굿즈,캐릭터,상품 디자인 및 제작 경험 필수(포트폴리오 필수 제출)
•
Photoshop, Illustrator 등 디자인 툴 활용 능숙
•
트렌드 반영과 컬래버레이션, 굿즈 기획 아이디어 도출 역량 보유
•
효과적인 팀 내외 커뮤니케이션과 피드백 수요 능력

•
웹툰, 게임, 애니메이션 등 서브컬쳐 IP 및 팬덤에 대한 높은 관심과 이해
•
디자인 관련 전공자
•
온라인 머치샵 및 브랜드 SNS 콘텐츠 디자인 경험
•
글로벌 시장 경험 혹은 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유자
•
여성향, BL, 19금 등 다양한 장르의 팬아트 및 머치 기획 경험
•
자기 주도적 프로젝트 관리 능력 및 일정, 우선순위 조정 역량
•
영미권 문화를 잘 이해하여 디자인에 반영할 수 있는 분
Key Responsibilities
•
Design BI, packaging, illustrations, and characters for Tappytoon original and popular webtoon IP goods
•
Handle design work throughout all stages, from planning to final production (stationery, lifestyle goods, apparel, accessories, etc.)
•
Create product packaging and detail pages aligned with Club JEM brand identity
•
Research merch trends, analyze fan needs, and develop new product ideas
•
Produce digital content for product launches and promotions (e.g., banners, SNS images)
Requirements
•
1–3 years of design experience
•
Portfolio of goods, character, or product design experience
•
Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
•
Ability to stay current with trends and generate creative ideas
•
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
•
Interest and knowledge of webtoon, games, animation, or subculture IP/fandoms
•
Degree in a design-related field
•
Experience with online merch shop or social media content design
•
English communication skills or global market experience
•
Experience with fan art or merchandise for various genres.
•
Strong project management and organizational skills
